always runs cool - even in traffic, doesn't help with the alternator producing about 25V at those sort of revs ;)

In the video in my signature the mini is doing 165 at wakefield, this is by rpm data calcs, not by a speedo reading. The top speed is higher but I don't know how far, it's rev limited anyway to just under 200 if it got there (I'd be s%^& scared anyway, I don't like fast cars)

i once managed 140 down a hill with a tailwind on a nice sunny day. completely stock engine with stock exhaust and steelies, was screaming at 5000rpm. never again

right now, top speed is prob around 90kph as its running so poorly. thats downhill. on flats it struggles at 80kph

100mph on a private Air Strip. That was with my 1275, twin 1.5" SU's, 3-1 extractors, mild cam and 10" wheels. With the new engine, no idea but I'm guessing more. Gets up to 100kmph pretty quick ;) Not sure of the diff ratio though, but on 100kmph it sits on around 4000rpm with 12" wheels. But that's going by my dodgy tacho :P
