Duno about you.... But I called him the other night to register my interest in the frame and motor. :wink:

I can get the frame easy, but not so with the motors.


i have contacts, that may get me a motor, bt im not in a hurry YET

Yes, I'm going to bother them again soon, but a week ago they had nothing, and said they might not ever get one again, I got quotes for 3 grand...too much! and I got quotes for $1200, if they find one, or I can buy a front cut for $2450 and possibly swing a deal to get a spare motor with that for a total of 3 grand. Not cheap! All the places I called and went in to said basically the same thing. No we're not getting anymore starlet gt engines in. One pl;ace told me it would cost a minimum of $1500 for me, if they happened to find one.

But, as they say, good things come to thise who wait, so I'm going to wait for Z imports or anyone else to bring something in rather buying whatever is on the market, or wait and see what happens wit the motors Steve has.

yeh i had to wait 3 months for mine to rock up but the price is worth it these days i would say anythin around 1000 is good :wink:
