I agree with Sox - sure it's illegal to zero or alter an odometer, but on a Mini, they shouldn't waste their time... My minis have always had dead odometers... :lol: People who are buying Minis shouldn't be wasting their time with the odometer, unless it's claimed that the car hasn't been round the clock and is priced accordingly... :)

Only if your'e selling a car & have the intention of engaging in deceptive & misleading conduct, IMO. Otherwise, a storm in a tea cup :)
