Just trying to eliminate the obvious , are you sure the puller is putting all it's force onto the end of the crank or is it touching the flywheel as well and just bracing itself onto the flywheel ?

Basically checking that the end of the puller (the adapter on the end of the bolt or the bolt itself , whatever sits on the end of the crank) is pushing against the crank alone and that it's not fouled on the flywheel as well . Just looking for anything that would be stopping it working effectively as it should have come off by now .

yeah i checked that and it was fine i don't know why it wont come off the last fly wheel i took off pretty much just fell off it's got me stumped

make sure the puller is set up dead square too. If its a bit of you will just wedge it on the crank even harder.

i just did the same thing i was doing befor fly wheel puller on and torqued up as tight as i could get it the drown it in wd40 then put the rattle gun onto it no go so drown it in more wd40 did this on and off for a couple of hours still didn't come off got a block of wood and hammer and bang the fly wheel from behind slowly working around and it came off.

Took me a week to get it off - WD40 and tension on the puller - giving it a squirt and pufteeth of a turn on the puller night and morning then one day it turned easy as 8)
