Try doing that in a Rover Mini  Then again, try drinking a drink in a Rover with cone suspension. :x

I reckon any developments made to minis after 68 were in the name of cost cutting, not 'improving' the mini!

Give me door pockets, and hydro suspention any day!!

(oh, and s discs, a 1275 with twin SUs, remote shift and smiths gauges......)

Gotta love the 60s minis!!

It is bouncy, yes, but some where to put a can of coke that doesn't involve being all over me and the car would be good. Someone has to have a TV/DVD player..woofers etc. I thought of putting the radar detector in it but no 12v socket....

A drop down LCD panel in the boot would be cool.

Who drinks out of cans in a car these days anyway? :D

Inbetween the front seats - you can rest a bottle of drink infront of the seatbelt latch and ontop of the handbrake. perfect!

I had the first carputer of anyone I know. A Dick Smith VZ200 hooked up to a 5" B&W TV. It all fitted neatly into the dash tray. You could play frogger on it and everything (once you loaded the software from the casette).
