Great job, nothing says "I love you and am sorry" like a pair of pink Hello Kitty seat covers.

I guess you've been warned about the risks of fitting metric wheels to Mokes, unless they've been redrilled? Metric wheels have a 100mm PCD stud spacing, whereas mokes have 101.6mm (4") so the studs end up slightly bent over. That could mean nothing or you could find that the studs snap easily.

I've snapped studs on my Moke with standard steel wheels just from hard cornering so keep an eye on them.

They look good by the way.

Thanks Timbo-I'll keep and eye on the studs, they seemed to centralised when doing up the nuts. They are very light alloys and only standard 175 tyresx13 tyres.
Yes Mike -it is ready for the beach and will be seen for the next two weeks over Xmas/New Year in front of the jetty. It's going to be used to carry fuel containers out to the end of the jetty,as it is small enough to drive onto the jetty

How could your wife not be happy with that?

Those wheels look good. The close up pic didn't do them justice.
