thanks for the support all :)

I have the small problem of not being able to garage my mini and its my daily driver at the moment, I can make claims on insurance and get her fixed but i'll be without a car for too long :(

I really don't want to sell her, but i could do with a slighlty more practical car. If i can't get something decent for her damaged i'll just get her fixed and see what my options are then.

but once again thanks all

Oh and hi to the fellow kingvillian sgc, those freaking vandals in kingsville are out of control...

Its heart breaking seeing stuff like that, all it comes down to is people's jelousy, there jelous of the fact some else has something soo cool that they prob cant or wont ever be able to afford. I hope this doesnt become the new trend, makes me kinda glad I have to park in a car park and not kerb side. Trolley dents are nothing compared to this.

Sorry, but i'm intrigued.....how do you get it down from its side like that?

I know what a tow truck driver would do (shudder) which would surely cause more structural damage?

Did you call a heap of friends and reverse the tipping procedure?

The problem is that the brain deads that do these things to Minis have heard all the old stories about how people lifted Minis and put them between posts, poles, walls, put them on their sides, etc and they think what a great laugh, lets do it..

But if and maybe when they do get caught and taken to court, they will probably get off as it wasn't their fault as no-one has to take the responsibility of their own actions any more...

It's societies fault they will say because these brain deads didn't have the same opportunities to be able to get a job and buy one themselves, so they trash other peoples properties to make themselves feel better...

Rant stops now before I get really worked up...

While there's no guarantee those who tipped T's car are the same ones, there's a big effort underway in this community to catch the .. ahem .. people responsible for keying probably half (and no, that's not an exaggeration) the cars in the area. There's talk of community-installed surveillance cameras ferchrissake.

Believe me, if I ever catch sight of one of these pricks at work they'd better have their running shoes on.

Goulburn had a problem with cars getting keyed in one carpark in town. It went on for about 12 months with no obvious motive. Cars were "new looking" cars of various brands.

Eventually they caught a middle aged lady.

Maybe she got off with a warning and moved interstate? (maybe get your cops to call our cops )
