Hahaha yeh I noticed - unfortunately you are in Adelaide and $8.5k is too much for the time being.

And no - add 10 years and a bit to 13 and you may be in the ball park age...

Yeh Im starting to think this may be a bad idea. I thought if I could pick up a pretty good mini (with air con - you need it in WA) then I might be onto a winner. I dont mind putting some elbow grease in but that is a few years away yet. Im sure there are many others out there who have done the same but i got 'done' on the last mini I bought so i dont wanna over spend and get 'done' this time round. Maybe stick to the local stuff as suggested?!?!

Good point though - good round nose mini's in WA are few and far between!

Come to the Classic Car Show(Whiteman Park) on Sunday and you will see plenty of good/excellent Minis...also always one or two for sale.I know where there is a Mini Chelsie(import) for sale here in Perth. Not many(if any of them in Australia 8)

No, I meant that 666 is 13. 'Twas a joke, being that young males are slogged with huge premiums regardless of what they drive, and it's a hell of a lot worse if they're imported.
