get a painter or professional detailer to give it a good buff!

abit of cutting compound and plenty of water in a spray bottle and get a bit of heat into the paint and she will come up magic, top it off with a polish with the waffle pad and abit of 3M or meguires then a wax with soft thick luxury bath towel...
