Benoz, it looks like it is printed (Chop?)...so basically any colour/design you want...

cheers for the comments everyone,
You can get vinyl from any sign supplier or even sign shop and prices all depend on what grade you use, anything from $15-$35metre
Digital printing all depends on the sign shop doing it, usually about $80 sqm.
BIAM i didnt worry on a laminate for UV protection, but with a laminate the colours could easily last a couple of years with the right material.
