Well since you put it so elequently, it's more biggest loser type stuff - so us fatties trying to lose a bit of weight, not for string beans like you :D - having said that however, there are a couple of super fit people in the group. I am not one of them. And they are in the minority certainly.

tonight was mostly boxercise type stuff indoors on a basketball court. Last week was outside running around holding a tyre above your head and doing sit-ups, lunges etc. with the tyre in front of you. 3/4 way through the session I had to do it with a 16" 4x4 tyre - by that stage I could hardly even get it up over my head. Some poor basta^d had to do most of the session with that tyre.

We also do laps of the grandstand next the pool going up and down all the stairs across the width of it.

I`ve been here clicking in between mini & kombi sites, amongst cleaning out my shed

& Doc,,, eye sight is over rated :-) There was a time (not long ago) that i was told by both the Mater & the PA hospitals that i have the largest file for "Foriegn object in eye" for both hospitals :-) i`m sure they are now using my info on quality of goggles for production of new designs :-)

Morobike (dirt bike) goggles are the go,,, ok so they deteriorate quite quicklywith oils, solvents & such yeah i know, but they`re the best i`ve found & i havn`t had a piece of metal in my eye for ages since i`ve been using them.

There used to be a set of dental grinding glasses that were so dam good, but they stopped making them for some stupid reason,,, dam they were good,,, Hoogie was the brand but now they make these p!ssy stupid things that are worse than the old design,,, ah well, it`s better than a poke in the eye with a burnt stick

There`s nothing quite like the feeling of actually watching someone poking you in the eye ball with a sharp needle to pick out a piece of metal,,, it`s wicked!!!!!

get well young fella
