Doh!

Yes, The Mini Experience, Issue 2 out soon - subscribe now (www.autofan.com.au). Issue 1 has a nice round nose from Baulkham Hills in Sydney (how's that for a suck-up job) in the Readers'Cars section.

Watto

Now Watto - I know you have a great magazine called "The Mini Experience" and that this great mini mag is made here in Australia but is not this post stepping over the line a little??? Like, I have Read "The Mini Experience", hell I even thought it good enough to subscribe to "The Mini Experience" myself but.....

Members here are just going to have to buy "The Mini Experience" magazine for themselves to find out how fine a read it is. But sorry, you can't tell them they can have it delivered to their door for a whole year for bugger all money. You definately can't just come out and tell people the address where they can subscribe to the "The Mini Experience" magazine by advertising your web site at www.autofan.com.au

Come on now, you know the rules, mentioning your great ozzy mini mag "The Mini Experience" here in the forums is against the rules mate! We have a no adversiing policy and you just can't go round telling people how good a magazine "The Mini Experience" is, because you have a direct financial interest in "the Mini Experience" .

.... but I can!
Keep up the good work mate.

 Okay, sorry. I promise I won't mention my all-Australian Mini magazine called The Mini Experience, again in this thread.
Cheers, Watto.

So Watto are you saying that all-Australian Mini magazine you put out is The Mini Experience you have when you are not wanting to have The Mini Experience or is it just as good as having The Mini Experience as the real thing :?:

Quick details on the other three pics above -
First one is Paddy Hopkirk in ex-UK Works rally Mini LRX 828E, in 1967 Southern Cross Rally. Third pic is Evan Green in same car, then repainted in Aussie colours of Castrol Green and white.

I thought so. It was the spectator stage at Amaroo Park. He is going into the haipin on the short dirt circuit. Note the tyres on the inside of the corner.
