No the box that directs air up to the windscreen. It was a deluxe thing, lots of minis didn't have.

yeah mate 440 seems too light just example though
nice to shed a bit of excess weight though - i guess superheavys i mean superlights would have to go

I'm not sure what to aim for when I get around to building my light weight but I think under 600kg is quite achievable, 550kg might be too far to go but as light as possible will be the main aim :) .

arghh!!! don't remove inner guards. you need under bonnet pressure to push air through the radiator.
Light Mini = 850 shell, stripped to bare metal (no under body sound deadening), dry suspension, alloy bonnet, boot lid, doors, perspex side windows (mounted not in the frames but in rubber seals direct to body). drill the hell out of the sub frames, Spectrum light weight wheels, alloy radiator, Super Minifins.
Then we can go on with all of the alloy KAD stuff but all $$$$$
Marc you still got my rotisserie? It was a loaner mate. Time to return.

this one was under the 500kg mark fibreglass front doors were drilled lexan windows (not the windscreen) rear floor is aluminium boot is fibreglass to roll cage aluminium

sold that car now have this beast

Aluminium doors steel cage aluminium bonnet lexan windows again , steel cage but only a half cage , seats are fibreglass with foam made to look like mini seats ( histroric car ) haven't weighed it yet might do it this comming weekend

you got good taste in minis beanie, i love the super lightened one, but yea historics would be more fun i think
