Thanks everyone for your help.
The problems was that the pedal was jamed on the pivot shaft.
I knock the pivot shaft out (even though I had a nut on it I did damage the tread). After some hammering, twisting and turning it finally came out.
I cleaned it up with wet and dry and gave the bush on the brake pedal a bit of a file to put a groove in to store a bit of grease. Reassembeled and it works just fine.

Thanks again for your help. I should have ask in the first place and saved on buying a new master cylinder.

gee it is great to drive and be able to stop in a Mini matic.
