The lights on the second one are Lexus-style I believe, or aftermarket at that time anyway. Forgot to mention it's got Cooper S side repeaters as well.

For the grey one with 15" wheels, it's got a Honda CRX engine: http://www.markoos.nl/

The one with the Bini dash on the first pic, has got nice white (Sparco?)rims, don't have a pic of it right now.

Oi! Don't let my wife hear you diss the Nissan Figaro.

She would have owned one if we'd stayed in the UK.

This thread goes to show why people are prepared to pay a premium for unmolested cars.....

There was one in Miniworld a while back. I hadn't bought the magazine in ages, but deicided to give it another go, saw a Bini'd up Rover and haven't bought the mag since.

Seriously though, it was the worst modified Mini I'd ever seen. It was essentially a Rover shell with as many cosmetic Bini parts fitted, still with a 998 motor though. I think that if they are going to weigh the car down with all those extras you'd think they'd at least give it some power, or at least a Bini motor! But no...

How about transplanting in the engine, or two engines?

just goes to show how much bigger they are, theirs like 1/2 an inch to an inch of tyre under the guards  .
And that blue "Mini" looks a bit stupid.
