haha. ok

i've connected the pipes to the RAD had to order a new one & cut it to make it all fit i was told IT Did that works fine.

just bit lost what pipe go's where maybe i could take it some where to get it set up??

any one in bris know rovers.

I'll put this simple and then give up.

1. Run a hose from your thermostat housing through the firewall.
2. The bottom radiator hose should have three holes in it. The two big ones go to the radiator and the water pump, the little one attaches to more hose that runs through the firewall. There's some holes to the left of the wiper motor. Use them.
3. Inside the car run the two hoses along to the right side of the heater and attach.

the hose size is a bit bigger than 1/2", IIRC it is 5/8" since around 1988.
if your engine was an injected one the easiest way will be using the sandwich plate made to connect the hose. fits between the head an thermostat housing
