:D Just drive it ..... i drove mine from melb to brissy and back to melb in 4 days :!:
Just make sure you have racv/nrma "total care" just incase :!: i did and i didnt have to use it but if i didnt have total care im sure i wouldv'e needed it (its a murphy's law/mini thing!).

The van (I think) Deg is looking at is a non runner with electrcal problems though , might be worth seeing if anyone in Sydney has room to store it for a few weeks till you arrange a freight company to collect it or my favourite is a furniture removalist after a backload .
