I don't think it matters what the guy has spent as long as he is happy. people spend that and more on race cars and write them off in a split second on the track. I think it is a tribute to his craftsmanship and those who he has involved in the build.

the money works like this - if you spent AUD 1 on it in Australia, you will spend GBP 1 on it in UK. So if you added up all the cost to AUD 40k, he will have spent GBP 40k on it. Now you can do the currency exchange.

Love the look of a clubby with that kind of arch set and 10's. I don't know if I could drive it like a mini after I spent that much on it myself but I hope he enjoys it anyway.

*cough* ripped off... Where did the other $40,000 go? I can see it costing $30,000 easily but $90,000 is abit rich! (pun indended)

Even if he didn't lift a finger I'd say it was still a rip off... at the end of the day it's still just an A series. Surely there are ph@tter cars out there that cost half the price of what this bloke paid??
