Not sure what the deal is there, I've never dealt with the restrictions of 10" wheels :D

Your pretty much stuck with 7.5" Coopers, These 7.9" KAD's or Turned down Honda's which is a bad idea as you get a step in the pad when it wears...I imagine the same would go for the metro's if not done properly/if it can be done..

I believe ther is a dodgy way to do this by machining the calipers and moving the locating holes on the hub but doesn't sound too safe.

Why not get some Minisport 4 pots from the UK, should be under $700? A bit better than $1400!
