measure from the lip of the fuel filler recess to the lower seam, by eye it looks like the seam is lower than it should be ?

Fuel filler lipe on a van is totaly differant to the commen Mini fuel filler even to the corners of each corner of the arch to a normal. Vans are differant but im sure the arches are location to the filler

Jim, I have absolutely no idea what you're trying to say

I was suggesting you measure your van, and I'll measure my traveller and we can compare

I have the same plastic screw on flares for NAV as well and they sit fine.

Try installing them with the rear part lined up. it may take some effort to get it to sit properly

I wouldn't be too concerned about it, a little bit of cutting to the flare and some fibreglass to fill the gap

I've got the same type on my Clubby van, and had no issues fitting them.

Have they been sitting in the sun or something to make them warp? Can you try heating them gently & seeing if they take the body line a bit better.

I'll give Jim the old RR one off my car, I replaced them for the new paint job but the shape is still fine.

And that has what to do with Gafmo's problem with fitting a flare to his van exactly? Don't get me wrong I like the 2 vans pictured. Just not relevent to this thread.

How's the flare drama going Gafmo?
