Do the bushes only go in the top or bottom hinges or am I missing some?

There should be four bushes and four pins, each hinge is pinned AND has a bush.

Bugger, my kit is missing some bushes and the local guy doesn't have any.
I'll have to make some.

One bush and one pin per hinge - bush goes in door side of hinge - pin joins the two halves together pushed in from the top of the fender side half of hinge
