It was the tyres scrubbing on the screws holding the wheel arches on.

yes doc you got it!! im gonna wind it up & nav said to change screws over for something else.

thanks Nav.. lots of hard work to enjoy it..

i liked the van also and that huge sound system haha unreal.. big fan of the vans!!

well i did what you said with out fat chicks. perfect.

nice solid ride now & it feels like it handles better no bottoming out at all nice changed the suspension to firm on the spax!
