that happens when the engine goes out of balance . . . so no, not really . . . sorry skender.

Doc mine didnt have any of those signs, when the balancer/damper (whatever you want to call it) let go it just went "
BANG", sounded like I had just blown a tyre clean off the rim at about 75 - 80 mp/h except without the losing control and comment of "oh sh!t what am I going to hit!!"
When i got the balancer/damper off the engine you would swear it didnt have any rubber between the steel hub and the alloy ring/pulley . . . was very clean and gafmo shiny/bling on the bonded surfaces.

Go for a rebonded "S" balancer/damper Doc knows a place

or at the least find a good 2nd hand one, especially for a road engine but get it balanced with the rest of your engine components
