Yep my inlaws are Canadian, everybody plugs their sumps into power to stop freezing and the oil going like treacle.. jeez it must be cold over there, brrrrr :shock:

My engine is an 1100 so I presume it still has 4 welch plugs.
Also the welch plugs fitted are lens type.
Do I have to put the same type back in or can I use the cup type

Lens type- holes on 850-998-1098 are really too shallow for the cup type. :wink:

talk about cold My Hot rodder cousin from Adelaide worked on the Alaskan pipeline driving a bulldozer..thet had rechargeable electric coats that plug into an accessory power point in the cab
