Heaters are for wimps.

Rather than change the bottom hose, i'm just gonna put a bung in it and a hose clamp to make sure it doesn't pop out.

and the extra volume in the system doesn't hurt either

Clubby heater core fits nice right next to the dizzy, even on a roundy.
Gives a Cooper S the cooling it deserves. 8)

Well, i took a long lunch today so i could go buy some 3mm plate and a brass plug for the radiator hose. Should knock up the blanking plate tomorrow.

I've never had cooling issues with my mini, even during summer. If i do, i'll look into the auxilary radiator idea.
