Fixed!! Bump stops installed, tyres no longer contact guards. :D :D :D

Thanks Guys

Now I'm thinking maybe I could get away with it being a little lower. Is there a safe/easy way to let out some fluid without a Pump. I realise if I let it down too much I'll have to go get it pumped up again.

Just take the metal cap off, turn it over, use its dimple to push the valve stem in, gently...
I do this often...

[edit] rock the car side to side after you do it before checking height.

This often happens. If the fluid has been in a while, there does seem to be rust in with it and the valves too get gummy and will easily stick open.

I'd suggest having your system evacuated (properly under vacuum) fit new schrader valves and then have it pumped up.

Lucky you've got them bump stops in eh?

Yes, things went from :D to  Oh well.

Yes I'll do what you suggest. Good chance to get that done I guess.

I understand I can carefully drive it to the mechanic in this condition?

Yes, although it is not recommended to drive over 30 mph (50 kmh).

Got the Hydro pumped back up and the valves replaced. Had it adjusted slightly lower to a height suggested by the mechanic, seems to handle a little better now too.

:D :D

that may be because your alignment is better, or worse :D

changing the height changes the toe and camber, so an alignment might be a good idea ;)
