Hey.
Ive got a 42 weber on my 1330. I dont hav a cam but hav had the head ported with bigger valves.
there is no noise like the induction roar of a weber....
I hav put a K n N airfilter onto it so had to knock in the firewall a bit. I had a ramflo filter on before and that fitted ok without adjustments

I had a 42 on my cooper s 1310 years ago , it was tuned by carburetter services at Burwood and it was brilliant , even got 40mpg on a trip to the snow from Sydney. I have been telling people for years that 45's are too big

45's are to big 40's are a good size 42's sound interesting though

Yea I gots a 42 doce also for my lil beast. has anyone here tuned on on a 998 with full zorst and cam? if so what jets did ya use :P

I did wack it on and ran good as is needs cleaning i think. You cant beat the sound of the induction though.

don't know most likely lol. it had more bottom end torque and about the same in the rest of the revs.
