Re the bathurst thing isn't it true that minis are the most successful car there in terms of filling the top nine places?

And they were the first car to be able to pit in the lead and rejoin in the lead this has as far as I have heard only been done by Brocky once since?

Then you can ask them how many times a commondore has won monte carlo.

All for a car which was never really designed to go fast (the original design was not supposed to be a race car but cheap and economical).

And a car that set the trend for front wheel drive cars to this day
