There is a brilliant solution - get an alloy rocker cover and then with the original, do the following:

Drill four small holes near the bottom lip - one on each side front and rear. Make sure these line up perfectly to accept an axle, attach wheels of some description (CDs are popular) on good bearings. Decorate to taste. Go Rocker Cover Racing!!
