I agree with Simon, unplug and bit by bit re connect.

The next step perhaps would be removing the entire harness, unwrapping it and carefully inspecting it for damage. You never know what damage may have occurred during all these problems (eg wires melting together)

Mine looked fine until I unwrapped it and found whole sections of wire exposed and melted together. Some looked like it had happened years ago.

have to agree, disconnect everything. Start with the Fuse Box and keep the Brown wires connected and the opposition side You should be able to start the engine & use the Horn With Fuse Two has the White connected. Refit each plug and each time check what works and does not or effects the other

Take it to someone who know what they are looking at and stop wasting your money on guess resolutions. It will be cheaper in the end.
