was that one UK only? Just email the seller and ask for postage to OZ. Most will do it if asked.

edit: says WORLDWIDE POST...I just checked.

Thanks for welcoming me guys, seems like this is a pretty nice little site. Cheers for the info on seats etc. Doesn't sound like there's going to be any major dramas fitting and if there are then thats a nice excuse to fit a nice set of bucket seats!

As for the anglia it is technically called a thames because that was the name for the vans, but it has the anglia 2 hole grille and a e493 prefix on the body number. This one has lj torana front suspension and a 350 chev, but needs a lot more doing to it than I have patience for right now.

Cheers.
Dave.

Welcome Dave, if you're not doing much tomorrow around midday, come on down and meet a few of the guys, as we're having a bit of a pow-wow down my way at the Wynnum Foreshore.

Here's the details...

14 May Saturday midday at George Clayton Park....... lota camping reserve will be real hard to find a park, so i think that George Clayton is the Go...........

I myself will park just opposite the Band Stage, which is kind of halfway along the park....... should not be too hard to spot us if hopefully we get a few mini's congregating..... Slidey will definatly be there..

Thanks for that sg, I would have come down but my uncle had just come up from canberra so I had to go and see him. I will definately try and get to the next one you guys hold.

As for the exa my one is the old turbo, it has basically everything modified on it (I bought it that way) and I paid bugger all for it so it should be some cheap fun (shame its a bit rice though). The ford seems to make this funny sound every time I accelerate, sounds a bit like a hoover sucking up water (bloody v8 )
Cheers.

Mini Mad,
Really want it? I've only got $2500 on it, but it's not any where near the condition of that black one and it's a panel van too. Most of the cars I have owned have been fords and the only one's I really still like are mk1 escorts. By the way where did you find that pic? seen that car b4 but never from that angle.

As for the exa I know it's not cool, but I dont care as it handles, stops and goes really well. Now if only I could find a way to fit the motor and suspension out of the exa into a mini
Cheers.
Dave
