I can just imagine that , hes just had a visit from the Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Nutrionist and Physiotherapist and as they walk out someone walks in with a box of Giant Byron Wagon Wheels

But it would be good if we could smuggle him a couple , anyone up for the challenge ?
