Springs FTW.
mine have done many motorkhanas lifting wheels, never had them fall out. no cracks in the subframe. no problems at all. heaps better ride than donuts.
haters are going to hate.

Have run springs for the last 2 years in dirt & bitumen motorkhanas, hill climbs, circuit sprints and flogs through the hills. Never had a problem with them and would never go back. Like NG said set them up correctly and you wont have a problem. I changed from S bags and the difference was amazing.
