I am getting rid off my doubles I have collected to fund my mini rebuild as I want to buy some stuff from the Uk and its my wedding anniversary next month, this way I can do both

These are piston ring groove scrapers which use a similar tool to the one you pictured. Whilst the tool would work by hand, it is designed for the hand piece as well. Not so big a thing these days as pistons don't get re-used much
