Thank you boyz for the warm welcome .... i also can't wait to have another mini ... I'm looking at having a Rover mini i hope but who knows these days !

Welcome back! I've rejoined the fold just recently myself, still yet to get the mini I'm after but you just know that happy feeling when you know your getting a mini (only to be outdone by actually getting your hands on one)

Hi Mikey, yes I am very happy with it, sorry! :-)

Due to a major change in lifestyle (two children) since I bought it, I've had very little time or money to spend on it, but I'm starting to get somewhere with it now. I'm part way through building up an early 850 and matching gearbox for it. I've got a couple of period tuning mods in mind. I was planning a full nut and bolt rebuild, but I've decided to get the mechanical side all sorted out first and get it back on the road, then do the hard stuff later.

I have had it out a couple of times to shows, I drove it there last time with a stupid grin on my face all the way, but I don't have a lot of photos. Here's one of it at MiniFest last year.
