Dont stress Mick, unless your driving it every day in the higher temps the northern states are sweltering through of late lol! Of course if your OCD gets the better of you then . . . .
I experienced one of the dodgey head gaskets on a freshly built engine a while back. Re-torqued head, good drive but didnt change, didnt over heat, etc . . . removed the head, checked head & block with a straight edge, cleaned both surfaces, fitted a new BK450 head gasket, problem solved.
