That looks fantastic :D

A couple of observations:

Top speed would be limited to the speed of the trolley jack :shock:

Handling would become a little unpredictable if the spare was fitted :?

Taking left hand corners would be awesome due to the smaller wheels on the left hand side. The driver would need a tight seat belt when turning right though. :(
