I'm going through a bit of a phase where I prefer to avoid flares of any sort (personal choice only).

Have a look http://www.ausmini.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=78504 at the white car (registered and used daily - 145x10) and the orange racer (not reg 165x10).

Wheels on both poke out a bit like yours, but I like it that way. Most Minis you see now seem to have flares, nice to be a bit different.
