no idea what it's out of but with 800 (turns/km) on there it is close for a 3.44 diff and 10" wheels.

Thanks minibill for the posting help!

Behind the needle it has the number "800"

In My Opinion This is a late model Moke Speedo

It appears to be from a Cooper fitted with the optional (on that model) 3.44:1 diff. Can you see what the serial number is? It will be something like SN44**/**

Probably a late Moke speedo, if calibrated to suit the final drive then I love these for minis :D

cheers,

:?

cheers,

edit: I've used more than one of these on 3.44 with 10" wheels - very close calibration, under-reads by about 5k/hr

Note, Speedo Has a turn indicator Lamp, Does not have the jewel type warning lamps,
Speedo face is Grey Not Black (although fuel gauge is black ) I think this is an Aust
Made speedo

Hi,

no idea where the speedo is coming from, but it should not be from a Mk2 Cooper, at least not from an european Cooper.
European ones in KPH are as below, quite different as you can see.
Also the TurnsPerKilometer setting is 880 on the cooper to cope with 3.76 diff.

cheers
