Thanks for the info guys, including all those that PM'd me.

Final price for diff only, no flange adapters, was $885 delivered.

[EDIT: Mastercard had a pending transaction for the above amount but when full processed, the real cost was $889 plus $26 currency change fee so $915 delivered]
