Thanks for the advice everyone.

I ended up tilting the car to drain the oil. Not much came out so I measured out the 200mls and with the car tilted the other way and both boots sealed exept for the small end on the high side.

I used and oil can and a small tube inserted between the boot and shaft. As suggested I heated the oil to thin it and slowly pumped in the 200ml.
