Try pushing the dash pad towards the front of the car then tilting the back edge of it downwards. That's how i got mine out with the front screen still installed. But I did find the front of the pad fouls on the screen rubber.

The demister vent screws only hold the plastic vent metal clips in. There are only 4 nuts that hold the upper dash pad in.
