I have a macnaught grease gun and it gets stuck on grease nipples from time to time, I put it down to the pressure used to force grease in, locks the end on the nipple. Wriggling the hose usually allows it to come loose, otherwise you have to undo tip.

Hi Bill.

The tip on my gun "jams" by design. You can pull til the cows come home and it won't budge.

You remove it by simply rotating it and rolling it off to the side.

Give that a whirl mate...

Heya Rodney thanks for that , will give it a shot , just ordered some new grease nipples and a heap of stuff from Karcraft so will give it a crack when they arrive.
