No, the mount isn't broken but the rubber could do with being replaced.

That's interesting, I didn't know the thread was attached to the sleeve (is it supposed to be?). For me there is a steel sleeve in there, and the bolt slides through that. To take it off, you just slide out the bolt.

Original setup was a spacer/stud, threaded at both ends. Was a PITA to get out, so many people have changed to a bolt + sleeve (like on back of block).
