You know (this will sound crazy) I think they even made steel toe KT26's there for a while!

Yep I've got a pair, wore them when contracting at Rheem, they are 1/2 worn now.

I buy KT26s because they fit, I never even try them on. 8)

Asides from the reminiscing about the legendary footwear, has anyone used the heater in question? I pulled the cumbersome unit out of my deluxe when I started stripping it for painting but looking at this unit I am thinking swmbo might put it up as a strong contender for the return of a heater to our mini so I would be keen to hear of anyone experiences.

cheers,

CJ

Well after much discussion here and ruminating over the long term plans for my mini and it's heater, I decided to put the booster in the engine bay, ditch the fresh air heater box and have purchased one of these T7 heaters. Hopefully it won't take too long to arrive from the UK and then I can get it installed in the coming weeks and let you all know how it goes.

Please let us know how it goes. Id be interested.

Thanks for posting Scotty, I'd be interested to see how you go too. Some heating would be a nice thing.

I'd be interested in the under bonnet heater if you're selling it. PM sent.

Defence issue back in the day, up until about 1999 they used to give these out.
