Yes Tim, it is a November 64 850.
It has an 1100S engine and 7-1/2" front discs.

Oil take those silly old non-850 wheels off your hands (look at the rust holes!) and get you some nice riveted 3.5 inchers :D

The rust holes help keep the non-850 discs cool.
