You learn something new everyday!
What I thought was zinc turns out to be cadmium.
I'm glad I'm not the only one that ended up with a "too gold" finish when I had the vacuum bits replated. Over time, 3-4 years, the gold colour seems to be fading a little or maybe I'm just getting used to it.
