Again be aware some bumpers are chromed steel and others are stainless steel.

Was just gonna say that as using wet and dry on chrome bumpers would only take it down to the copper and steel underneath

Yes, I agree. My process is for stainless steel bumpers only.

Thanks everyone for your replies - my bumpers are definitely stainless and have come up pretty nice with a light Polish. I'm still a little unsure of my back side windows whether im safe to use autosols all metal Polish on them or if that will wreck them. Seems that some were chrome and some were stainless in the past?

Maybe some one in the gong might have a spare window with trim for you to try first

But metal polish won't hurt it
