That looks like a hella switch you can buy at any auto shop under many brands even jaycar sell them under there brand its nothing special there should be a metal chrome plug there

Hi Jenk,

yes it was possibly blanked off from std and when the heater was fitted it could be used for a heater tap cable, pull the cable opent he tap on the cylinder head to allow hot water into the heater core.
