The shipping containers of Mini stuff at Addison's has not been accessed yet. What's gone on eBay is the surface layer, which is mainly P76 and Marina.

Me too. :)
There are a number of issues the family are working on to vacate the property. We need to be patient.

End of thread hi-jack, Matt.

Sound like Addison's need a proper auction house like lawsons to come in for a week or 2 to catologe everything at what they think it is and sell it in a day

Putting 5-6 items every now and then on ebay will take forever

From what I've read the family's already sold the place so I dare say the new people have given them a date to clear the parts out by if the parts weren't part of the business sale

I have 2x contracts here ready to sign but i wont until the place is cleared. Its hard to know exactly how long this job will take...
We have more propertys to sort & sell to so i cant dedicate all my time to just one property at a time... Plus ReadSpeed to run at the same time... 12 to 1am -ish weeknights building engines & sat morning selling bits then sat arvos & nearly all day sundays clearing the chandler property make matty a dull boy ;)

& then... after propertys are sold we be buying our own shed & move ReadSpeed again ; (

Looks likes its gonna be a busy 12 months good luck with it

I cleaned a 5 acre property and a house filled to the roof a few years ago it took me 6 weeks to fill 20 scrap metal bins with different car parts and other steel crap on the out side and sheds

I made a offer for a 59 model Chrysler imperial le baron that was there but the girl who inherited it wanted more dollars than what it was worth just about every thing wanted replacing and most parts had to come from the states

Not all cars are worth paying top dollar for only because theres one or two in Australia I could have imported one from the states in the same condition for cheaper than what she was asking for it I don't know if some one brought it or it went to Queensland after she finished there

Hey Matt,

If you need a hand to lug them let me know...I am just in Toowoomba and weekends are best for me. Looking for a standard bore 1275 with rods, caps and crank.

Hooroo
